Nicole was amazing from start to finish. The shampooing was very relaxing and the head massage was just what I needed after a day's work. She was always checking in to see if temperature was okay and if I needed anything. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I had a lot of hair cut off and thought I would be anxious, but Nicole made me feel so at ease with it all. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. She checked to see if I was happy and asked if there was anything I wanted changing. I even asked advice about hair colouring due to Greta and she showed me the hair swatches to reassure me that I would get a colour match. I will definitely be using Nicole now for all my hair needs and will be taking my three girls to her too.
