Want lift and movement without perming your whole head? A half head perm adds curl, wave or volume to selected sections, usually the top and crown, where body matters most. It is a lighter, more flexible option than a full head perm.

Who is a half head perm for?

Fine hair that falls flat on top. A perm through the crown gives lasting root lift.

Short or layered styles. Adds texture and shape where you see it.

First-time perm clients. A great way to try a perm with less commitment.

What to expect

We start with a consultation to agree which sections to perm and the curl size you want. Your stylist winds the chosen sections, processes and neutralises the curl, then finishes your hair so you can see the result straight away.

I had an appointment to have my hair permed. It was just past my shoulders in length. From the time I went in, I was greeted by smiling faces. The staff were all friendly, smartly dressed and very polite. I was told all the way through what was going to be the next step. Had lovely head massage from Holly as she rinsed my hair. Nicole was my hairdresser and I have to say she was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions, gave me tips on the upkeep of my perm and was lovely. It was an absolute pleasure to come into a clean, happy and welcoming environment. Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit there again.
